I was born and raised in Texas, and I am a proud Texas alum and Longhorn fan. I am a wife and mother of three children. I love spending time with my family. Together we enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy staying active by hiking, playing tennis, and training for endurance events. I know that going into surgery and being sedated can cause anxiety, especially since your friends or family are behind in the waiting room. That is why my top priority in my practice is to treat you as I would my own family.

Board certified in Anesthesiology, I have practiced in Houston since 2010. Prior to starting my practice, I was an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School and the Medical Director of the Memorial Hermann Ambulatory Surgery Center. While there, I established the office sedation program at the UT School of Dentistry in partnership with the UT School of Medicine.
When you and your surgeon or dentist choose Texas Office Anesthesiology, I will personally provide your anesthesia care every step of the way. Together, we will formulate a plan to help you reach the appropriate level of sedation. I will be by your side until you are awake and ready to be discharged home.
I bring monitoring and airway equipment to your office. Together, we will determine the optimal level of sedation for the procedure.
Anesthesia safety is the priority. Careful attention to the patient and an individualized approach to each case make the difference.
